Trusty tools that I call the victorious virtues that are taught in my educational virtues books. It starts with the teacher inspiring the students to not only learn the government required curricula for enrollment and graduation. But to also inspire students to learn the emotional curricula that embraces positive life-changing virtues. Teacher Therese’s students reap the ideal advantages of learning, modeling, and exercising the virtues. When they fall short or fail, they humbly accept the consequences of negative behavior. Like loss of free time privileges, no rewards or stars on their charts, and doing extra classroom chores. Overall, Therese’s high rate of success with teaching the virtues is due to her cheerful, sincere, and kind character. Home and school can be the best places for a child to develop and grow with the virtues, and develop virtuous character, moral ethics, habits and practices.
To be a successful teacher, in and out of school, it is essential that we have the virtues that complement our academic knowledge. Our educational system should include the teaching and learning of virtues to give a child a moral education to be valued among all cultures.
